NSCA Southwest Regional Clinic 11/12 – 11/13
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that I will be presenting at the NSCA Southwest Regional Clinic on November 12 & 13 (my lecture will be on the 12th).
If you register before Tuesday you save $60.
My topic is Stress: Training, Performance, & Recovery.
I’ll be covering some basic physiology of the stress response, how it effects what we do, and giving program design ideas and practical application on applying the information.

Will PPT slides be available to those that can’t make it out to AZ? What about video?
I wont be making the slides available, as the slides are not elaborate and do not contain a lot of information, and I don’t believe the NSCA will allow me to record the presentation. I may try and give the presentation on the Strenghtcoachwebniars.com site, although I would need to ask permission to do this, or I may try and give in a different setting at a later date.
