Thanks for joining our OSP community!  We're excited to offer this website to you as a way to help you learn about training, nutrition and leading a healthy lifestyle.

We want you to contribute to this community by asking questions, logging your workouts or diet, meeting other people with common interests, sharing your progress and success stories, and leaning on the rest of us when you need a little support.

There are a few basic guidelines we'd like you to follow as a member of the community, as we hope to have this be a place where people are respectful to each other.

1. Please introduce yourself here, and tell us a little bit about yourself, what your goals are, what you're working on. What you want to be when you grow up. Whatever you want to share about yourself, just be yourself.

2. Start a training log here, or check out some of our other members' logs.

2. Please refrain from saying things like, "That's a stupid question/comment." We don't believe there's such a thing, and we want folks to ask any and all questions. If one of us doesn't have the answer, we'll work to get it, but  every question is valid and should be treated with respect.

3. While we're on the topic of respect, we ask that you please act responsibly on our forums. Treat each other kindly and with respect. Like all other discussion boards on the Internet, surely there will be disagreements and differences of opinion here, too. We trust you to handle those situations maturely.

4. If you post something you didn't write yourself, please be respectful of its original author and cite your source. We will remove any plagiarized material.

5. Please do not use this forum to sell or promote your goods and services. If you would like to advertise, please contact one of the moderators about sponsoring a forum on the site.

6. Tell your friends, teammates, workout partners and anyone else in your life who you think would like to be a part of our community.

7. Let us know how we're doing, and tell us how we can improve the forums!

That's it! Thanks for taking a few minutes to read these guidelines! We hope you'll find the time you invest on these forums to be valuable and worthwhile as you work toward your goals!
