Assessment
Prior to starting training, everyone receives an assessment to determine if Optimum Sports Performance is the right place for you. In this assessment, we will run you through a movement screen consisting of a variety of fundamental movements to determine what the proper starting place in the training process is for you.
Optimum Performance Semi-private
This program is designed for professional or amateur athletes, or active individuals who want to achieve a higher level of fitness.
Semi-private training (3-clients per coach) focuses on developing your abilities to a higher level. Each participant will be taken through a functional movement screen to ensure appropriate training progressions and exercise selection.
This program follows a monthly billing schedule. There are no make up sessions for missed training sessions unless previously arranged with the program director.
High School Sports Performance
This is a semi-private training program (3-athletes per coach) focusing on developing mobility, strength, power, fitness and sports skills of today’s high school athlete. All athletes will be taken through a functional movement screen to ensure appropriate training progressions and exercise selection.
This program follows a monthly billing schedule. There are no make-up sessions for missed training sessions unless previously arranged with the program director.
Amateur Athlete Training

Designed for pro-athletes or individuals seeking one-on-one specialized attention during their training sessions.
All individuals will be taken through a functional movement screen to ensure appropriate training progressions and exercise selection. Hands-on soft tissue therapy will be used in the program when appropriate, along with individualized training and program design.
This program follows a monthly billing schedule. This type of program is specific to each participant. Rates vary depending on the amount of time per week and the length of the program.
Massage/Soft-Tissue Therapy
Using a variety of techniques, our soft-tissue therapy sessions are designed to improve range of motion, decrease pain and stiffness, and enhance overall recovery and regeneration.

* Trigger Point Therapy

* Active Isolated Stretching
* Muscle Energy Techniques (contract-relax stretching)

Online Consulting/Program Design
For those that are not in the Phoenix area, our online consulting/program design program may be what you need to ensure that your training is heading the right direction.
Whether you are a professional athlete, sports team (high school, recreational, professional, etc) or an individual looking to attain a higher level of fitness, having a well structured program is essential to reaching your goals.
Our program design takes into account your health history, training history, current abilities, training resources available to you (gym, field, track, etc) and your overall goal. Each client gets a program emailed to them with videos of every exercise and warm up activity to ensure that things are being done properly.
