“… Patrick is the real deal, and invaluable for the fact he can treat athlete on their ground having competed himself. I can’t say enough about what we were able to accomplish in just a few weeks. I went from benching PR’s in meets to a shoulder injury that left me unable to unrack the bar and press it pain-free. In a few sessions, and with some prescribed rehab, we extended that pain-free range of motion a ton, each session there was dramatic response. After just a few sessions and some rehab I was not at 100% by any means but was able to do a meet I had planned and at the least put up a token 340lb bench to get a total and a 700lb Deadlift. In those sessions we also worked on my hips and lower body mobility. I have a rebuilt hip and knee issues from various injuries that have limited me a bit. We were able to dramatically increase my ROM again, and in a short time I should be up to a 600+ lb pain-free back squat. I’ve never been one to let pain or injury hold me back, but I tell you what – I look forward to seeing what I can now accomplish with little (or at the least much less pain) directly due to Patrick’s help…”
