Is it just me or is Brad getting a lot of press lately? I am very, very happy to see IF getting press. It really has changed my relationship with food in such a great way!

Yes, he has been getting a lot of press (all well deserved) mainly because people are always looking for something different and “new” when dieting, as most of tried it all. I think the intermittent fasting thing is taking off because it really is pretty darn easy to do and very flexible.
