New location – free trial offer

Keats Snideman and I are still working hard on finding the right location to open our Reality Based Fitness strength and conditioning gym and soft tissue therapy facility.

In the interim, I’ll be moving my soft tissue practice from Ahwatukee to a new location, more central, in Tempe.  The space is really nice and big enough to fit my massage table, as well as my functional movement screen and we can do some movement based exercises in there as well!

So, due to the move, if you are in the area and would like an assessment and some  soft tissue work, I’ll be doing complimentary 30-45min. sessions for new clients.
