Another great seminar that I’d like to get on everyone’s radar – Central Virginia Sports Performance Seminar 2013

Last years event was fantastic and Jay DeMayo did a good job of assembling a world class group of presenters. This year looks to be another stellar line up of sports coaches and sports scientists:

- Dr. Michael Kalinski
- Dr. Michael Yessis

At $225 this two-day seminar is a steal but the kicker is that they only have room for 100 attendees. So don’t dally if you are thinking about signing up. Not sure if Jay is offering it again this year, but last year he also had it set up where you could pay a fee to watch the event streaming live on your computer. If this is going to happen again this year it will be a fantastic option for those that can’t make the event – either because they can get out there or because it is sold out.
