I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that this Saturday, February 19th, at 2pm Eastern, I’ll be giving a webinar on The Physiology of The Stress Response for Strength and Conditioning Webinars.
The webinar will cover the role stress plays in our daily lives and how it effects the results we get in our training and rehabilitation programs for our clients. Through scientific and practical application, we will look at ways to evaluate and understand the individual stress resistance of each of our clients in order to appropriately plan and develop their programs for optimal health, function, and recovery.
If you are unable to attend the webinar, don’t worry! It will be hosted for you to listen to at your convenience on Strength and Conditioning Webinars. Additionally, Joe Heiler has been nice enough to host it on Sports Rehab Expert the following week, so you can always listen to it there as well.
